The wood makes wonderful bowls and cutlery. The oil is good for salads, your skin and hair and the small fruit is a popular accompaniment to an aperitif. You can enjoy this downstairs in our lobby. Very peacefully, very slowly. With wines from Switzerland, herbal teas from the region and the nut mix from our sustainable kitchen. The room itself has a small, pretty balcony.
